1. Pay-Before-Delivery
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Payment is required prior to delivery to confirm and schedule your order.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for online orders:
- Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, AMEX
Please note:
- Drivers do not accept cash, checks, or other forms of payment at the time of delivery.
- All orders must be paid for before delivery is scheduled.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Delivery times vary depending on the season and demand.
Customers are encouraged to check the Price Page for the current delivery schedule and the next
available delivery date.
4. Weekend and Holiday Deliveries
- Regular deliveries are not scheduled on weekends or holidays.
- During periods of cold weather or high demand, extended service hours may occasionally be offered.
5. Delivery Fees and Order Recommendations
To help customers avoid additional charges:
- It is recommended to place an order when your tank is at least one-quarter full.
- Orders resulting in deliveries of less than 100 gallons will incur delivery fees.
- Emergency delivery fees may apply if the tank is allowed to run too low or requires expedited service.
6. Refunds and Account Credits
- Credits over $35.00 will be refunded to the credit card used to process the original order.
- Credits of $35.00 or less will remain on the customer’s account as a credit balance and can be applied toward future orders
